Jamie's Baby Shower Cake

Jamie's Baby Shower Cake made of 2 flavors, Chocolate and Strawberry.  

Cake was covered in fondant and all the details, from the baby at the top to the blocks holding the tiers, were hand made.

Cake: Vanilla flavored. with Lemon icing.
Butterflies, little hats, and flowers were made out of fondant.

Valentine's Day

We have created a scenario with different kind of sweets such as,  Chocolate cake balls, marshmallows lollipops, mini cupcakes,
chocolate cake hearts, rice krispy treats, mix nuts cover on chocolate, red velvet cake.

 

     

 

   

Mother's Day Cake

I made this Red Velvet Mother's Day cake for my mother.  It has a fondant cover, and a floral fondant topper, which I made the day before so it was easier to handle.  All surrounding decorations were handmade.

Lindsy's Birthday Cake

For my sister's birthday I surprised her with a chocolate cake with a strawberry filling. The cake is surrounded with Pirouettes and topped with strawberries dipped in chocolate, and stars made out of dark and white chocolate.

First Year Wedding Anniversary Cake

A friend of mine named Sarah asked me to make her a cake for her wedding anniversary. Cake was covered with purple fondant while the flowers were molded out of gum paste. Everything on the cake was handmade.

Daddy's Birthday Cake

The challenge with this cake was creating the red bow at the top, and sticking all the m&m's around the cake.  It was achieved by cutting the fondant into strips, and folding them over paper towel to get the curved shape. The m&m's were attached using white icing.
